My relationship with Tom House and his team began after COVID when I spent time with him and other quarterbacks in San Diego. After going through their STAT test and receiving coaching on their four pillars-Biomechanics, Functional Strength, Nutrition, and Mental/Emotional—| was immediately hooked. Whether it was answering questions like "Why did I miss that throw left?" to "How do I stay present and calm in high-pressure situations?" or "How do I wake up feeling clear-headed and alert?" to "How can I ensure my arm never gets tired throughout training camp?"-their research answered all of my questions.
As I transitioned from playing to coaching, my first thought was, "I need to be a part of this." The depth of knowledge, the authenticity, and the people made it clear to me that this was where I wanted to be. Everyone in their organization operates with an
"athlete-first" mentality, caring deeply for players from youth to professionals. They coach every age group with the same intensity and dedication to helping athletes reach their best potential. I'm grateful for how they welcomed me into their group, and I'm excited to pass on Tom and his team's knowledge to future athletes and continue their legacy.
